Cold drawn Bars
CD Bar (Cold Drawn Bar) outperforms HR (Hot Rolled) Bar in surface roughness, dimensional precision, straightness and roundness, and is extensively used in parts for automobiles, industrial machines, and home appliances. In order to provide high quality products, we operate 2 Roll and 4 Roll Straighteners, Spinner, Chamfering Machine, and ECT, and supply CTL Bar cut to the length required by customers.

Free Cutting Steel
Free Cutting Steel refers to products with improved machinability for turning operations. We supply not only lead-added and sulphur-added Free Cutting Steel but also Pb-free Free Cutting Steel to meet the regulation of lead(Pb) content. Free Cutting Steel is used in OA shafts, home appliances, and braking systems, etc.
STS Bar (Stainless Steel Bar)
This is used for shafts, bolts, and nuts, which require excellent corrosion resistance and attractive surfaces. We supply Ni-Cr-based 300 series and Cr-based 400 series.
Normalized Bar
Normalizing is a type of heat treatment to obtain even structure and properties. It ensures both even properties following quenching and tempering and high-quality products by minimizing deformation due to heat treatment. This product is mainly used in automotive steering system parts , etc.
Defect Free Product
This is a special CD Bar with a surface defect guarantee of 0.1mm or less in depth, employing eddy current-based non-destructive inspection by using quality inspection equipment ECT. It is used in products that require superior surface quality including Rack Bar, Piston Rod for shock absorbers, and materials for hydraulic parts.
